How It All Began
Angel began her Sushi at Palm Beach journey in 2016 alongside her business partners. After six months, they decided to move on from the business, but Angel felt strongly that the little sushi restaurant had great potential. She believed that giving customers her absolute best, along with hard work and genuine care, could transform the shop into something truly special. With determination and a clear vision, she became the sole owner of Sushi at Palm Beach and the real story began.
Turning Challenges Into Success
Like any small business owner, Angel experienced many ups and downs, long days, hard decisions and moments of uncertainty. But with persistence, passion and strong support from the local community, she grew the business into the vibrant and busy sushi spot it is today. Every roll, rice bowl and plate reflects the dedication she has poured into her restaurant. Locals noticed and they continued to return again and again.
A Special Memory Along the Way
Among the many memorable moments in Angel’s journey was a surprise visit from actor Chris Hemsworth in 2018 on her birthday. It was a fun and unexpected experience that brought a smile to Angel’s face and became a small but joyful part of her story. What mattered most, however, was the continued support of the local community, which helped the shop grow steadily over the years.
