When it comes to customer favourites, Hayden says grass fed steaks are always popular, particularly Scotch fillet and porterhouse, which tend to be big sellers heading into the weekend.
His own pick is the Scotch fillet.
With its marbling through the middle and balance of meat and fat, it’s Hayden’s go to cut, ideally cooked medium rare.
