Here’s how to receive yours:
Spend $100 or more at Coles or $25 or more at any specialty store between 1 – 5 December 2025, then bring your receipt to our Christmas Keepsake Stall to collect your own custom bauble, decorated with your name while you wait.
Only 150 baubles are available each day, so visit early to secure yours!

The promotion runs from Monday 1 December to Friday 5 December 2025, or
while daily stocks last. Customers must present their purchase
receipt at the Christmas Keepsake Stall during the following hours:
Monday 1 December – 9:30am to 12:30pm
Wednesday 3 December – 1:00pm to 4:00pm
Friday 5 December – 11:00am to 2:00pm
The stall operates in-centre only at Pavilions Shopping Centre, 10 Fifth Ave,
Palm Beach QLD 4221. The queue may close early once the daily limit of 150
baubles distributed is reached. - Eligibility & Spend Requirements
To receive a personalised Christmas keepsake bauble: Spend $100 or more at
Coles, OR Spend $25 or more at specialty retailers within Pavilions Shopping
Centre. Each receipt qualifies for one (1) bauble, with a maximum of four (4)
per family per day. Promotion limited to 150 baubles per day, while stocks last. - Proof of Purchase
Receipts must be original, itemised, and dated between 1–5 December 2025.
Original receipts only; duplicates or screenshots are not
accepted. - Personalisation
Each bauble includes a personalised design or message hand-decorated by
our artist. Design and artwork style are at the artist’s discretion and may vary. No
replacements will be provided for customer-approved spelling or style. - Liability & Safety
Baubles are fragile and should be handled with care. Once collected, the
Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss or damage. - General Conditions
The Promoter may refuse redemptions that do not comply with these Terms &
Conditions. The Promotion may be modified, suspended, or cancelled if
circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control arise. The Promoter’s decisions are
final. These Terms do not affect any rights under applicable consumer law. - Privacy & Photography
By participating, customers agree that photos or video taken at the Stall may be
used by Pavilions Shopping Centre for promotional purposes.
